Right-Click and 'Select "[See Article]"'

Files of types .txt and .pdf and .html, load into the browser window when clicked.

Downloading the file requires the user to right-click on the link and then save the file. "Save Target As..." is generally quoted as the menu item for saving the file (using pages I've seen for my conclusion).

However, different browsers have different right-click menus.

This JavaScript will print the right-click menu item for the browser displaying the page. It correctly identifies five of the most popular browsers. Other browsers may be added using the same format.

Here are example download instructions utilizing the right-click info JavaScript.

Make a note where you saved it on your computer.
