Putting Form Confirmation Pages Into Popups

This is a demonstration of a feedback form who's confirmation or "thank you" page will either

  • display in a popup window if your browser is JavaScript enabled, or

  • display in the main browser window if your browser is not JavaScript enabled.

NOTE: The form on this demonstration page is live and the message must be sent somewhere. Because I anticipate it to be used for testing rather than for actual communication, the mail from the form will automatically be filtered into a trash folder. Therefore, you may test this form without worry that you'll bother me with extraneous email.
