When payment is received:
When payment is received, we will acknowledge receipt. If payment is for one or more Master Series CGI Programs, a receipt number for each title purchased will accompany the acknowledgement. The receipt number(s) can then be used to generate the program(s).
Relaying sensitive information:
- NOTE:Before providing
us with sensitive information, such as passwords,
you must agree to hold us harmless in case any of
the information is compromised. You may wish to
change passwords and other sensitive information
after we no longer need it. It's good practice to
do so, and we encourage it.

Email is not a secure communication medium. If you decide to send sensitive information via email, then you may wish to send each item separately.
Other alternatives are sending the info by fax, postal mail, or telling us by telephone.
