When payment is received:
When payment is received, we will acknowledge receipt as soon as practical. If payment is for software, a transaction ID for each title purchased will accompany the acknowledgement. The transaction IDs can then be used to download the software.
Relaying sensitive information:
NOTE: Before providing us with sensitive information, such as passwords, you must agree to hold us harmless in case any of the information is compromised. You may wish to change passwords and other sensitive information after we no longer need it. It's good practice to do so, and we encourage it.
Use the secure form at https://www.willmaster.com/secure/ to provide sensitive information to us. Email is not a secure communication medium.
Other alternatives are sending the info by postal mail, or telling us by telephone.
