Upload Pal Branding Generator
To generate a branded version of The Upload Pal, one of the following must be provided:

The purchase receipt number (PayPal Transaction ID),
OR - a domain name of the logo src or the logo link href from a previous generation.
This is true branding.

The name you specify for the software is recorded within the source code, as well as on the control panel itself. The data subdirectory name and data file name are constructed based on the name you specify. Even the cookie name is constructed that way.

Our copyright notices and author resource areas stay in the source code and at the bottom of the control panel — just like they would be if we made custom software for you.
The name "Upload Pal" is nowhere in the source code unless, of course, you include those words in the name you specify for your branded copy.
The only limitation we put on your choice of name is that it must be legal and not the same as or similar to the intellectual or trademark property of others. ("Upload Pal" and "The Upload Pal" are allowed.)
