Set Up URLs

One or more URLs to shorten may be specified here.

An alias is the code at the end of the shortened URL for Short URL V3 to use when determining the destination URL. An alias can contain any combination of numbers, letters (upper- and lower-case), and these characters: ! $ ^ * ( )

Specify one alias/URL pair per line, a space between the alias and the URL. Illegal characters are removed from the alias automatically. If no alias is specified, one will be generated.

The following applies to each URL set up above.

If an alias already exists in the database, how shall it be handled?

Do not shorten URL.     Append random characters to alias. Update the alias that already exists with the new URL.

Specify the redirect type:   301 Moved Permanently     302 Found

Tags/key words to aid in searches for editing or matching for statistics. Separate tags with a comma and optional space.
