Flexible Control System

At the heart of your secure system is the Administrative Control Panel.

Get as involved as you want in the back-room management of your members area. You can set up the system at the beginning and let MMO manage the system after that. Or you can have your hands on the helm and tweak the controls as you wish.

Let's look at the Members Database

You may wish to require only a UserName and Password. Or set up a more extensive database of members including Real Name, Email Address, and/or Expiration Date in addition to UserName and Password, just as you choose.

MMO uses its own password database. This database hold more information and is less restrictive than a password program using the .htaccess file; thus it is able to hold more fields of information.

Backups to your database can be made automatically according to a schedule you set up or, do it manually, anytime you want to click the button.

Import Membership Lists

Add an existing list of members by simply importing them into the MMO database.

Any comma- and tab-delimited databases (such as files exported from Excel) can be imported. Also flat file databases delimited with any specific character will import. Even a manually created list of username and password, one set per line, can be imported.

Members can be added to the Master Members Only V3 database by third-party programs running on the same server, (such as programs that obtain credit card approval.) Specify a unique code in your control panel that other software must know before automatically adding members.

Manually add a member anytime you wish.

Email Notification System

You can (and likely will want to) know if something changes in the members database. If a new member is added, or a member record changed, you can receive notification by email. MMO can also notify you if a possible fraud is detected such as password sharing.

Staying in touch with your members is an easy task. You can send personalized (even unscheduled) email to all your members from your control panel.

Automatically Monitor Membership Expirations

Sit back and let MMO deal with memberships about to expire. An advanced warning email with the expiration notice can be sent. Even a grace period can be specified, if you wish, to automatically extend memberships about to expire. Of course, you can also have non-expiring memberships.
