To download, provide your PayPal transaction ID.
NOTE: If you paid by credit card instead of with a PayPal account, the Transaction ID PayPal emailed to you is not the Transaction ID they emailed to us. In 5-15 minutes, you'll receive an email from our system with the correct Transaction ID. If you do not receive that email, please use our contact form and let us know.
If you forgot your transaction ID, it can be retrieved here. Simply provide your email address used when paying for the software with PayPal.
