WillMaster LIKE
Here's a "like" counter for your website – without having to go through Facebook.
WillMaster LIKE is free software for "like" buttons on your web pages. Simply download, install, and put the code on your pages.
Some people won't surf the net with a Facebook login cookie in their browser (like yours truly). Instead, they log out of Facebook when done with it. Some people figure it's none of Facebook's business which web sites they visit and none of Facebook's business what they like and don't like.
The "like" buttons maintained through Facebook won't work for those people.
The WillMaster LIKE "like" buttons and click counts are maintained at your own domain.
Visitors click on the "like" button image and the count increments to the total count for that URL.
If someone else in another city or country or other location also clicks the "like" button, the total count for that URL will be incremented for each click. So, when someone clicks "like," the count might go up by 2 or 3 or even more, depending on how many people are viewing the page at the same time and clicking "like."
To discourage abuse, only one click is recognized per page load per browser.

Statistics are viewed via the WillMaster LIKE Dashboard. Here's a screenshot derived from a test installation.
Statistics can be sorted by URL or by number of "likes." They can be either
- viewed on the dashboard page or
- downloaded as a CSV file for importing into your spreadsheet software.
This isn't a WordPress plugin, but it can be used with WordPress posts and pages. Instructions are included in the download.
