Should the Master Form .PHP control panel password be forgotten, it can be found on your server.

In the /installed directory (where Master Form .PHP is installed) is a file named MasterForm_config.php

In that file, look for a line something like this:

$ControlPanelPassword = 'PASSWORD';

Between the single quotes (apostrophes), where PASSWORD is in the above example, is the Master Form .PHP control panel password.
